Hey all.. alpine vps I got things going w/ the docker install.. but my clients didn't have dns from the vps.. they were showing up from their external ips.. looking to get the docker version going in host networking mode.. and w/o coredns.. I have dnsdist for recursion.. and I found a command line today, but now that I'm home from work.. I can't find it again.. I wanted to just make the NM host for external clients.. can I get DNS to my external clients easily? or is this the only way to run my own recursion for the clients? thanks in advance..

if you have your own dns server, you can set the IP in the "network settings" under "default ext client dns". Then, when you generate external clients, this will be populated in the DNS= field
