changing server ip in existing docker-compose

I had a situation to change ipaddress of the existing 0.16.3 netmaker running through docker-compose.

I have updated the SERVER_HOST and  COREDNS_ADDR in docker-compose and executed ` docker-compose up -d --build`

Also i have updated the corresponding dns records with new-ip

But still netclient are showing `"public_endpoint": "old-public-ip:51821"`
