is Oracle cloud still a problem with netmaker?

oracle cloud has some complex firewall rules that sometime interfere. It is possible to work around them but I have not come up with a consistent way to do that other than doing an iptables --flush which is not a long term solution

So if someone allows "all to all ingress" on the "virtual router" and ufw open?

not sure, but if you run iptables list you will find a bunch of rules with I think are set on boot up with cloudinit
