It happened to me once as well, but I can't recall exactly what I did to resolve it...I know I did some fiddling in regedit (deleting the key that had ProductName 'Netclient' in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products) , but can't remember if that was what solved it 😅
