Why is the relay function expecting a list of destination nodes? Isn't the relay just a way to join a client to the network as a whole if they cannot establish P2P due to firewall etc? If I select all destinations now and add a bunch of new nodes later, would I need to update my relay every time to select the new nodes too? Also, how does this play with the ACL system?
