I built netclient in docker image, and once I run the container, netclient able to join created network but can't join comms network.

I will try to debug this, here is the steps @dlrow_olleh#0369 please review if enough for debugging:

- figure out how to change verbose level to 3 on netclient
- add more debug lines in netclient/join.go 
- build the docker image again
- docker run 
- docker logs to check container

I suspect the issue is on netclient side, but might be turn on netmaker server logging also helps
