I'll have to do some testing on my end. I know it can handshake, but sometimes pinging to windows from another machine requires firewall permissions and I'm not sure if they reset upon sleeping/restarts, I've had a firewall rule exist but still not allow a Linux machine to ping my windows machine the next day, which makes me think it resets or it's a defender issue. Does pinging from windows to your server or another client still work in those cases?
