1. I haven't really used it, but looks like drago does some similar stuff, but more on the config management side using agents, as opposed to automation. Netmaker by default will create a full mesh network and keep up-to-date peer lists on all machines. The agent also tracks changes to local configurations such as changes to IP addresses. It also has some additional features such as creating gateways, and private DNS management.
