running netmaker currently requires host privileges in docker because it's running kernel wireguard. If you can do host mounts and run privileged then you can do it that way. However, if you're using a LB to all your docker containers, you also have to keep in mind that the nodes communicate over GRPC which may not be handled by default on your LB
