Are there some known issues with External clients on a fresh install of v0.18.6? None of them seem to be able to reach any of nodes on the network, but they connect fine. Data seems to be SENT but nothing is coming back. I'm not entirely sure what would have changed to cause this, other than upgrading (not an actual upgrade, it was a fresh install with all clients but was previously using v0.17.1).
