@tall-hospital-83962 : I ran into the same problem. Needed to work around it with a kinda 'dirty' hack. You can open the docker-compose.yml and look for the string 'REPLACE_SERVER_IMAGE_TAG', replace it with 'v0.18.5' (INCLUDING the 'v'!). In the same file, you will have to do the same for 'REPLACE_UI_IMAGE_TAG' which is a couple of lines lower..
