“network hub” has been removed, is that because it’s gone or because it’s been replaced by something else?

Point to Site networks were deprecated in favor of using default node ACLs. You can set the network default to “deny” and set an individual node to default “allow” and then it will operate the same as a “network hub”. It’s noted in the ACL docs
